What is mandatory DAMAGE WAIVER PROTECTION?
Damage protection insurance provides our guests with coverage for accidental damage that could occur to the booked rental property during their stay.
Our damage protection is mandatory with each reservation. The insurance is offered through CSA, part of Generali Global Assistance. If a damage deposit is withheld or more money is owed due to property damage, damage protection can help you be reimbursed. You must purchase damage protection at least 8 days before check-in.

How to buy damage protection
With your confirmed reservation you bought the damage protection already.
Cancellation guidelines
A refund can be provided as long as it is 8 days before your check-in date. Additionally, the policy can be refunded if the reservation is canceled. You must call Florida First Class Villas 8 days prior to the date you are scheduled to arrive at the rental property to receive a refund.
Filing Claims
If something breaks during your stay, please report it immediately to your personal FFCV agent. Damage that is reported during check-out or final house cleaning will be reported directly to the insurance company.
Damages that exceed the insured amount of up to a maximum of $ 3000 must be paid by the guest himself upon departure.
