If you want to rent the property as a vacation property, we would be happy to draw up a sample calculation for your house – the income and expenditure depend on the location of the property, the size and the attractiveness for holiday guests. As a vacation rental agency, we have deep inside information about desired locations and amenities that guests prefer to rent. A private pool and water views are important to most guests but there are other important things, as for example a southern exposure of the pool area as well as a modern or beachy interior.
