Property Vision Management LLC, which operates Florida First Class Villas ("we"), values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you visit our website, make a reservation, request a property review or otherwise interact with our services.
1.1 When you visit our website, make a reservation, create an account, request a property review or contact us, we may collect personal information including but not limited to your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, payment details, booking details, travel dates, property address, rental preferences and communication history.
1.2 We may also collect technical information such as IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device information, referring website and website usage data.
1.3 When using services such as contact forms, our rental income calculator, our property review request form or newsletters, additional information may be provided voluntarily by you.
1.4 Through session analytics tools we may record how you interact with a page, including mouse movement, scrolling and clicks. These recordings are used to improve the website. We do not use them to identify you personally, and text you type into form fields is masked by default.

11.1 Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, request a copy in a portable format, request corrections, request deletion where legally permitted, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, opt out of targeted advertising, and appeal a decision we make about your request.
11.2 Florida residents. The Florida Digital Bill of Rights gives you the rights described above, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data.
11.3 California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, you may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, request deletion or correction, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
11.4 Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and Oregon, have comparable rights.
11.5 How to exercise your rights. Email us at office@floridafirstclassvillas.com with the subject line Privacy Request. We will confirm receipt and respond within forty five days, and we will tell you if we need more time. You can also opt out of targeted advertising via "Your Privacy Choices" at the bottom of every page of our website. This stops the advertising technologies described in section 8 from being used on your device.
11.6 We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of the selling or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising, and we don't use your information for marketing on that device. Our website doesn't respond to Do Not Track signals, because there is no common standard for them.
11.7 You may visit our website without providing personal information, other than the technical information described in section 1.2.
12.1 Property Vision Management LLC is based in the United States and our service providers may process data in the United States and in other countries. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your data may therefore be transferred outside your country of residence. Where required, our providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism.
13.1 We do not knowingly collect or market personal information from children under the age of thirteen. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
14.1 In the event of a data breach affecting personal information, we will notify affected individuals and the relevant authorities without undue delay and within the periods required by applicable law.
15.1 We collect email addresses to process reservations, respond to inquiries, provide service updates and send relevant information.
15.2 Marketing emails are sent only where permitted and include clear unsubscribe options.
15.3 You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the link provided in our emails, or by contacting us directly.
16.1 Florida First Class Villas (Property Vision Management LLC, 1222 SE 47th Street, Cape Coral, FL 33904, USA) contacts owners of homes in Southwest Florida to tell them about our vacation rental management services.
16.2 Where your details come from. Your name and address come from the public property records of the county where your home is located (Lee, Charlotte or Sarasota County, Florida). For some owners in the United States we also use contact details from a commercial data provider.
16.3 What we use them for. To send you a letter about our services and, at most, three follow-ups: by post, and for some owners in the United States once by email and once by phone. We do not sell or share your details.
16.4 Legal basis. Our legitimate interest in informing property owners about our services (for owners in the EU or UK: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
16.5 How long we keep them. At most 12 months after our first letter, unless you become a client or ask us to contact you.
16.6 Your rights. You can object at any time, ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete your details: office@floridafirstclassvillas.com. We will then not contact you again. If you live in the EU or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
17.1 Property Vision Management LLC reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page, and the date at the top of this policy shows when it was last changed.
