This Cookie Policy explains how Property Vision Management LLC, which operates Florida First Class Villas (“we”), uses cookies and similar technologies on floridafirstclassvillas.com, what we use them for, and how you can change your choice.
1. What cookies are

3. What we use cookies for
- Necessary: to make our website work. These cookies keep the website secure, remember your cookie choice and let you check availability and book through our booking system. They’re always on, because the website can’t work without them.
- Statistics: to see how our website is used. These cookies show us which pages are visited, how visitors find us and where the website can be clearer or faster. This includes session recordings and heatmaps that show how visitors scroll and click. We use this to improve the website, not to identify you.
- Marketing: to measure our ads and show relevant ads. We and our advertising partners use information such as your IP address, device information, the pages you visit and whether you start or complete a booking. We use it to measure how well our ads work and to show you ads for our villas on other websites and social media. If you sign up for our emails, we also use it to tailor our emails to your interests. Under some US state privacy laws, this may count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information, or as targeted advertising.

Some browsers limit how long cookies can be stored, so they may be removed sooner. Our booking pages on booking.ownerrez.com are provided by OwnerRez. To measure bookings, those pages also use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, with their own settings. Each partner processes data under its own privacy policy. 5. Your options
- Use “Your Privacy Choices” at the bottom of every page to change your choice.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the website, such as booking, may not work.
