This insurance, facilitated through CSA, a part of Generali Global Assistance, ensures coverage for accidental damage that may occur to the booked rental property.

Key Details:

• Mandatory Coverage: Damage protection is compulsory with each reservation, providing financial safeguards in case of accidental property damage.
• Provider: Our insurance is offered through CSA, part of Generali Global Assistance, a trusted name in travel protection services.
• Coverage Amount: For a nominal policy fee of $155, you get coverage up to $3000 for potential damages.
• Purchase Requirement: To avail of this protection, it must be purchased at least 8 days before your scheduled check-in date.

Cancellation Guidelines:

• A full refund is available if cancellation occurs at least 8 days before your check-in date.
• The policy fee is refundable in the event of reservation cancellation, provided you contact Florida First Class Villas 8 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Filing Claims:

• Report any damages immediately to your dedicated FFCV agent during your stay.
• Damages reported during check-out or final house cleaning will be directly communicated to the insurance company.

Excess Damages:

• Damages exceeding the insured amount, up to a maximum of $3000, must be covered by the guest upon departure.
