The master bedroom is a nice sanctuary featuring a lavish king-size bed, a state-of-the-art Smart TV, and an opulent en-suite bathroom complete with dual sinks, a spacious walk-in shower, and an indulgent bathtub. The three guest suites are elegantly appointed, each featuring a plush queen-size bed and access to a well-appointed shared bathroom equipped with a toilet, sink, and a rejuvenating shower. 1 Guestroom provide a TV with local channels only.

We will be checking you into your home personally, but we will also be there for you prior, during and after your stay for any questions that might arise. Upon request your fridge can be filled with your favorite food to enjoy at your arrival.

It is our pleasure to accept your group and your service animal.
Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal.
1. Is the service animal required because of a disability?
2. What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform?
We do not charge extra for a service animal, nor do we increase the security deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or the service animal.
Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls. The animal must be under control by the handler at all times therefore never left alone at any time.
If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and to evict the guest(s) without further notice. In the latter case, there will be no right to a refund for unused rent.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a nonsmoking vacation home, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $149.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $149.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
